	The first phase of the project consists of nine blocks with fourteen apartments each, divided into four floors. There are four apartments located on every story and two penthouses on the upper one. You will find a car park under each block, and every apartment has its own parking place and a spacious basement room. On each floor you can find two and three bedroom apartments and they all have two luxury bathrooms, a luxury kitchen with a utility room, and a spacious living room that has access to large terraces. You will have a magnificent view from the apartment. The urbanisation is separated from the public area by a garden wall and is only accessible through a secured entrance gate. Three swimming pools with terraces and beautifully laid out subtropical gardens are to be found within these walls. One of the pools is heated, so that you can also enjoy it during the winter. In the vicinity of the urbanisation, you will find tennis courts and paddle courts.
